Start: Hotel Pickup in Siem Reap

Stop 3: Kampong Khleang Village Exploration (90 Minutes)

When the car pulls in, the village spreads out in front of you. Wooden walkways connect rows of stilt houses standing high above the ground on old wooden and concrete legs. Some houses are brightly painted. Others have gone silver-gray from sun and rain over many years. Fish markets line the waterfront. Fishermen work on their boats. Women sit at wide flat baskets sorting dried fish. Everywhere you look, something is happening.
